Car Rental Insurance Policy

Our comprehensive rental car insurance covers you for all damages and theft to the vehicle, with no excess charges. You also won't need to pay a credit card deposit at pickup, and there are no hidden fees.

When renting a Eurodollar car the benefits of our insurance include:

Collision damage waiver (CDW) - Zero Excess

This covers the renter for damage to the rental car caused by an accident. There is no excess charge, so the renter will not have to pay anything out of pocket.

Vehicle Categories & Insurance Policy

Please note that different vehicle categories (GROUP Q, Q1, G1) may be subject to different rental terms and insurance conditions.

While most of our vehicles are offered with zero excess (no deductible), certain categories — particularly higher-value vehicles such as SUVs, premium models - may include a refundable security deposit or insurance excess.

Details of any applicable excess will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation email and on our website. It is the renter’s responsibility to review all rental terms provided prior to accepting the reservation.

To ensure clarity and protection for renting a car from a category that is subject to an excess please make sure to:

• Review all vehicle and insurance details before pickup, including any applicable excess
• Perform a detailed inspection of the vehicle and report any damage immediately
• Provide a credit card with sufficient funds to secure any excess
• Any undisclosed new damage found upon return may result in excess being charged per the terms agreed

Theft protection (TP) - Zero Excess

This covers the renter if the rental car is stolen. There is no excess charge, but theft that occurs due to negligence is not covered. The insurance does not cover stolen belongings that were inside the car when the theft occured (i.e. mobile pones, laptops, cameras, travel bags or documents etc).

Public liability insurance (PL)

This covers you for any damage or injury you cause to others while driving the rental car. The coverage is up to €1 million for death or bodily injury and €1 million for material damage.

Personal accident insurance (PAI)

This covers you and your passengers for death or bodily injury in the event of an accident. The coverage is up to €1 million for each person.
